Specific Product Information (Universal Products) - We list products for many different phone makes and models within this website. In some instances products listed for certain models may be ‘Universal’ meaning they will also fit many other types of mobile phone. This applies to the following products : Accessory packs (one or multiple items within), Car chargers, Carry cases, Hands free kits, Car hands free kits, Car holders, Magnetic holders, Signal boosters amongst others.

Product ordering information ("www" - Internet)

To order a product On-Line using a credit or debit card please click the respective "Buy" button situated below a product, if the option is shown as a drop down selection menu, please ensure you select the model from the list before clicking the "Buy" Button .

If you require another product/s please click the ‘Continue Shopping’ button from within the shopping cart to return to our home page where you can then find and add other items required. Once your order is complete click the ‘Go to payments’ button. Complete the ‘Invoice details’ section only as we do not use the Delivery address option as it simply duplicates the details above. If an alternate address is required please advise by typing details within the comments section within the shopping cart. Then click the ‘Continue’ button. Select the ‘Credit card’ option to pay securly online on our secure server or selct other method if you wish to forward payment by post or to call us with card details and click the ‘Continue’ button. Finally, fill in the ‘Card details’ section and click ‘Continue’ to confirm your order. You will receive an automated receipt by e-mail shortly after placing your order. Security - The credit / debit card entry page is safe, secure and encrypted (Click ‘File’ then ‘Properties’ whilst on the credit / debit entry page for verification). This means that 3rd parties can not see the information you are entering. We accept all major Credit / Debit cards with the exception of American Express and visa electron.

Product ordering information (Telephone)

If you wish to order over the telephone this can be done, however we do prefer you to order online, if you do wish to order over the telephon and require a vat invoice you will need to order the item from our website but select the other payment method, you will then be shown straight to the order confirmation page advising you of your customer reciept / invoice number, this will also be emailed within a few minutes as long as you have entered your email address correctly. if you call us with that number and your card details we can then process the order that way.

If you are looking to order a large qty of items for your company for example we may offer a further discount than you would recieve online and we will organise a vat invoice for you as it will be a bespaoke price for that order.
